AI ENABLEMENT FOR EXECUTIVES & TEAMS
Makeyour wholecompanygreat at AI
I work directly with executive teams to put AI on the work nobody loves, so your best people spend their hours where they’re irreplaceable.
Your people are already using AI.
Unevenly. Quietly. Without a standard.
A few people in your building are flying. Most are dabbling. Nobody is aligned on what good looks like, and every week that stays true, the gap between them widens.
AI changes every week. Your planning cycle takes a quarter.
By the time a committee finishes evaluating, the landscape has moved. The companies pulling ahead are not the ones with the best tools. They are the ones whose whole team knows how to use them.
Real rooms. Real results.
Enablement, delivered in the room
The product is your team’s capability. I work at two levels: strategy with you, and hands-on implementation with the people you lead. Leadership first, so the standard comes from the top.
The Partnership
An ongoing cadence with your leadership team. We set the AI direction, find the next win, and keep your company ahead of a landscape that shifts weekly.
The Immersion
In-person implementation and training days. Your leadership and your teams build with AI live, in the room, on your real work.
The Sprint
One workflow, taken end to end. From “we have this idea” through planning, building, and testing until it runs in your business.
AI only compounds when your whole company uses it well.

An operator in the room
I have worked with AI since the first consumer models landed, and I went all in on Claude once it was clear which one was built for enterprise. I run my own companies on it, and now I train companies and divisions how to do the same, from finance to operations to sales to admin.
Most of my career has been spent in corporate leadership training and facilitation. I have built teams, led teams, and run my own businesses, so I know what it costs to change the way people work. Today the rooms range from intimate C-suite retreats to large corporate trainings and keynotes for global companies. The leaders I do my best work with are the growth-minded ones: find where AI fits, train the people, hold the standard.

The hours come back.
Who are you becoming with them?
AI hands you back time. Leadership is what you do with it. Eighteen trainings on leading a team, running a company, and becoming a better version of yourself as a human. Built from years of Friday sessions with real leaders.
The free shelf
Tools I give away because using them is the fastest way to understand how I work. Run them today.
What leaders ask me
Half of most rooms are. Skepticism is usually protectiveness about quality, and that instinct is an asset. It dissolves the first time someone builds something useful for their own week.
Inside 30 days. That is the guarantee above, and it is the whole point of working in the room instead of from a slide deck.
Tools do not change behavior. Standards and enablement do. The work is teaching your people which tasks to hand over and how to hold the quality bar.
Engagements are scoped to fit in the application conversation. Every engagement starts with whether we are a fit at all.
I work inside your constraints. That includes public organizations and companies where security review comes first.
Because depth beats breadth. I build my own business on Claude daily, and going deep on the best system produces more capability than going shallow on five.
